For Active Patients who have been in within the past six months: Free Adjustment and Therapy* (Limited to One per Patient)
For Patients who have not been in within the past six months: Free Exam, Therapy and any necessary X-Rays** (Limited to One per Patient)
For Patients new to our office: Free Exam, Therapy and any necessary X-Rays (Limited to One per Patient)
