We are having our second annual Angel Tree drive in our office through C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Nashville. We had an amazing partnership last year and want to continue that with all of you to provide an amazing Christmas for children in need. Angel Tree is a great way to give back!
Who is C.A.S.A.?
“…we properly equip all families, systems, and structures so that every child is loved, safe and in a permanent home as quickly as possible. We want Davidson County to be a community that does not turn a blind eye to any child who is in need or hurting. Children will not be treated as “cases,” but as children.
As an organization, we will be a catalyst for legislative, structural and cultural changes. This will be achieved through establishing respectful, collaborative partnerships with child-serving agencies across Davidson County to help us advocate for children and educate our community.
Our advocates will be the single point of truth for abused and neglected children and tell the child’s whole story. We will increase our capacity to serve so that every child who needs a trained CASA volunteer will get one. CASA of Nashville will be the benchmark, gold standard for advocacy of children who are victims of abuse and neglect.”
Who Does Angel Tree Serve?
Angel Tree gives individuals and partnering corporations an opportunity to adopt less fortunate children and provide them with personalized gifts and necessities to those who would otherwise receive very little or nothing during the holiday season. Donors can be confident that their gifts go directly, and without excessive overhead, to those who are truly needy since all Salvation Army Angels are not served by other holiday assistance programs.
How do I get involved?
To partner with Crist Chiropractic in Franklin, TN and C.A.S.A. of Nashville, come into our office starting Monday, November 19th and pick an angel tree tag from our tree! We want to make sure every child receives a gift on Christmas! All gifts are to be returned unwrapped to Crist Chiropractic no later than December 7th to ensure all gifts are delivered by Christmas! Thank you so much for partnering with us to bless the greater Nashville area!
